Isaiah 2:2-3 Now it shall come to pass in the latter days that the mountain of the Lord’s house shall be established on the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills. And all nations shall flow to it. Many people shall come and say, “Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the house of the God of Jacob; He will teach us His ways, and we shall walk in His paths.”

Latter Days ~ The last, end, or future

Again in Micah 4:1 Now it shall come to pass in the latter days that the mountain of the Lord’s house shall be established on the tops of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills, and the peoples shall flow to it.

In Psalm 24:3-5 “Who may ascend into the hill of the Lord? Or who may stand in His holy place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who has not lifted up his soul to an idol, nor sworn deceitfully. He shall receive blessing from the Lord, and righteousness from the God of his salvation.”

What is this mountain described as the mountain of the Lord or His holy mountain? According to the scriptures it seems that it pertains to the end time church.

Isaiah 11:9 They shall not hurt nor destroy in all My holy mountain, for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord as the waters cover the sea. Isaiah 65:25b …. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all My holy mountain,” says the Lord.

Then we see this mysterious mountain mentioned in Daniel chapter 2. After Daniel interprets King Nebuchadnezzar’s dream, in verse 35b it says, “And the stone that struck the image became A GREAT MOUNTAIN and FILLED the whole earth.”

:44 “and in the days of theses kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom which shall never be destroyed.: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand forever.

:45 Inasmuch as you saw that the stone was cut out of the mountain without hands, and that it broke in pieces the iron, the bronze, the clay, the silver, and the gold- the great God has made known to the king what will pass after this.
